Through this portal you are able to make a payment directly to PBC from your bank. There are no additional fees for this payment option. Payments received after 8 pm will not be posted until the next business day.

If you would like to save your account information for future payments, click on the link to Enroll on the Confirmation page to create the account. IMPORTANT – If you close out of the confirmation before you enroll, you will not be able to create an account until you process another payment.
